Review ratings, completed jobs, skills, languages, reviews and verification information.
4. Choose Your Worker
Select one or more workers and confirm the work details.

Want to pick exactly who you hire? Browse our active list of verified workers, compare their daily rates, check their past reviews, and book the exact person you want directly.
(For both paths, your secure payment is held in escrow and released only after the work is done).
For Workers
1. Register Once
Create your profile yourself, with family assistance, or through a field executive.
2. Complete Verification
Add your skills, identity details, preferred work areas, languages and availability.
2. Set your own rate
You decide exactly what you charge per hour or per day, with no hidden surprises.
3. Get hired in two ways
Receive instant notifications for nearby jobs, or get booked directly by employers browsing your profile.
4. Accept or Decline
You remain in control by choosing the jobs you want.
5. Complete the Work
Meet the customer, complete the agreed work and finish the job through the platform workflow.
6. Get Paid & Build Your Reputation
Receive payment and build ratings, reviews and completed-job history.
(Your earnings are safely held in escrow before you even start work)
📱 How Workers Receive Job Opportunities
Workers do not need to keep searching for work manually. NearbyShramik is designed so that suitable temporary work can reach workers based on their skills, availability and location.
📲 Workers With a Smartphone
When a suitable job is posted nearby, the worker can receive a smartphone notification. The notification can show the type of work, location, expected duration, estimated pay and other important details.
The worker can then review the opportunity and Accept or Decline it directly from the app.
📞 Workers Without a Smartphone
A worker should not be excluded simply because they do not own or cannot operate a smartphone. During the transition period, NearbyShramik’s customer/operations team can contact suitable nearby workers and help connect them with available jobs.
The platform can also progressively help these workers become comfortable with smartphones and digital work tools.
🗣️ Regional Language & Voice Support
NearbyShramik is designed for workers with different literacy levels. Job notifications and important actions can be supported through regional languages and voice read-out options.
Workers who are not yet comfortable reading can listen to job details and use simple visual or voice-assisted actions to understand and accept suitable work.
